Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
RunAIAudit (“RunAIAudit,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Lakeshore Ventures LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use runaiaudit.com (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account & contact details — name, email, company, and information you submit through forms or your audit questionnaire.
- Billing information — subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Audit inputs — descriptions of the AI systems you ask us to assess.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data — pages viewed, referring URLs, browser/device type, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Analytics & advertising — we use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand traffic and measure advertising. These tools set cookies and may collect identifiers to report on and optimize ad campaigns.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service and generate your audit reports.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Respond to inquiries and provide support.
- Measure and optimize marketing, including showing relevant ads and measuring their performance.
- Protect the Service and comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies & your choices
We use essential cookies (required for the site to function), analytics cookies, and advertising cookies. You can decline non-essential cookies using the banner on this site, and you can manage cookies in your browser settings. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising through the Meta ad preferences and the Google Analytics opt-out.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf — e.g., Stripe (payments), Google (analytics), Meta (advertising), Vercel (hosting), and Supabase (database).
- Legal & safety — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data retention & security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.
- California (CCPA/CPRA) — you may request access or deletion and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
- EEA/UK (GDPR) — where applicable, you may exercise data-subject rights and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, submit a request through our contact form and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. International users
We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
